NATURE OF WORK
Campus Suppott Services must be motivated. energetic and be able to work independently.
Campus Support Services are responsible for supporting the campus in several aspects. Work
with the Event department to execute onsite Set-up and teardown. Load and unload products at
event sites. May vacuum and clean an area before or after setting up. Proper care, movement.
storage of all equipment such as tables. chairs, risers etc. Establishing and maintaining
relationships with vendors and venues. Managing events and addressing potential problems that
may arise such as planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event.
Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events.
Consistently embodies the characteristics necessary to drive the Company's mission statement,
Vision. and Core Values.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assembling and disassembling temporary structures.
Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process.
Ability to assemble and disassemble furniture, move furniture, utilize multitasking and
troubleshooting abilities.
• Deliver and retrieve materials such as packages and must be able to work safely and
complete task in a timely manner.
Must deliver floor stock and other items to all areas of the campus.
Ability to drive/deliver golf carts to all areas of the campus in a timely manner.
Ability to commit to regularly scheduled events/work orders.
• Planning event details, effective communication skills. friendly, courteous attitude, and
professional appearance.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Time management will be required to clock in and out work tickets and take pictures of
completed projects.
Possess skills of keeping records of packages including but not limited to delivery notes,
invoices and other paperwork or computer entries.
• Must be able to work directly with customers.
Assist the Campus Service supervisor with each move/ project and work as a team player,
be cooperative and collaborative to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Ensures greeting and acknowledging eve1y customer to make a positive first impression
and maintaining solid knowledge in all aspects of customer service.
Able to communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
Must follow schedules and keep commitments.
Ability to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team.
Physical, fast paced outdoor position that involves continual movement.
• Perform preventive maintenance and storing equipment.
• Must secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior
to beginning work.
Must be able to fully understand and complete all In-Services. All staff must clock in
and out and adhere to attendance policy.
• Needs to report equipment/cleaning product needs and/or malfunctions to supervisor in a
timely fashion.
Follows all lock out/tag out procedures.
Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work.
Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• May perform other duties as deemed operationally necessary by management.

respectful. courteous. and cooperative with supervisors, co-workers, res idents. student’s
vendor representatives, managers. customers, and other departments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Have a valid driver’s license with clean record and must keep vehicle clean after use.
Must be committed to safe driving practices.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Physically fit with the ability and stamina to lift. carry. push. bend. reach above shoulder level. twist turn and pull objects repeatedly weighing between 50-100 pounds while climbing, balancing. kneeling. crouching. walking etc.
Must be ok with helping others with heavy lifting.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle fixtures which
entails lifting to 100 lbs.
Possesses good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to operate hand and power tools to include but not limited to hammers, drills,
ratchet sets. pressure washer. moving dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and any other
moving equipment.
Must be mechanically inclined. work well with your hands and have common sense.
Willingness to perform routine. repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
Possess good eye-hand coordination. Ability to operate hand and power tools including but not limited to hammers, drills, ratchet sets, pressure washers, mobile platforms, hand trucks, pallet trucks, and any other moving equipment. You must have a mechanical inclination, work well with your hands, and have common sense.
Availability to perform routine and repetitive tasks continuously.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED
General supervision is received from a professional supervisor who helps with difficult
problems and reviews the completed work for the quality of professional results. Tasks
are usually performed under little direct supervision, allowing the use of independent judgment.
